Our state-of-the-art Fritsch pastry line takes quality New Zealand ingredients and turns them into a range of light, puff pastry products with defined layering. The 50m pastry line allows for many laminations and the pastry gently rests between stages, preventing shrinkage when baked. The golden layers look and taste wonderful with savoury or sweet creations.

MARGARINE PASTRY
Many large scale bakers prefer a margarine product for the reliability in handling at high ambient temperatures and for the lower lift, particularly for pie tops.
